4 The owner replaced the fridge since our last stay two years in the past, which was needed. I feel that the house owner needs to address a few problems. The main complaint that I have with the property is the sliding glass doorways. Most, if not all, of them really need to be replaced. The doorway which is used the most (from the residing/kitchen area to the rear deck) is extremely tricky to open.

The beds were decently comfortable (not the best but failed to hinder our sleep), and there was plenty of Place to stow our stuff so we failed to have to look at suitcases, etc. all week. Being right about the beach is definitely the selling point and our favorite feature of this house.
I loved that there ended up two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for Grownups who would like to travel with each other. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it once again or endorse it to a pal.

The assets is as advertised - nothing fancy into the house but excellent location about the beach. No, the house just isn't full from the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of space for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not a lot of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or spoil.
three This home is in SUCH an awesome spot, so close on the beach with this kind flower-quality of amazing views! It's so much potential, but there has certainly been no consideration for the comfort of friends. Everything in the home is as cheap as is possible, previous, and sometimes even dirty.
